Guest arrival/departure times

The guest(s) can check in from 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival specified in the reservation. Late or earlier arrivals must be notified in advance.

Guests arriving before 14:00 can leave their luggage in the storage room.

The guest(s) must on the day of departure leave the hostel before 11:00 a.m.

If the guest wishes to leave later than 11:00 a.m., we will ask you to inform the administrator about this. In case of late departure, a fee of EUR 10 is applied.

Please adhere to established check-in and check-out times to ensure smooth check-in and check-out of guests.

Rules for child safety and responsibility:

Parents or other persons accompanying (guarding) children are responsible for the behavior and safety of children in the hostel. If the losses in the hotel were caused by the actions of minors, the children's parents or guardians must compensate for them.

Rules for accompanying pets

We accept guests with pets only in a double room. The hotel charges an additional 15 EUR for each animal brought to the hostel by the guest. fee. The owner of the animal is responsible for the behavior of the animal. The owner of the animal also undertakes to fully compensate the damage caused by the animal to the hotel.

Cancellation policy

We understand that our guests' plans may change, so we do not charge a cancellation fee.

All refunds will be made within 5 working days of the cancellation date.
